Cancellation Terms

24+ hours before pickup: Full refund, no cancellation fee
12-24 hours before pickup: 50% cancellation fee
Less than 12 hours: No refund on booking amount
No-show: Full booking amount forfeited

Security Deposit Refund

The refundable security deposit (₹3,000–₹10,000, depending on the car model) is returned immediately after inspection upon the vehicle’s return. No deductions for normal wear and tear. Deductions apply only for damages beyond normal use, traffic challans, or excessive cleaning requirements. For complete details, please refer to our insurance damage policy.

Early Return

If you return the car before your booking end date, the unused days are not refunded. We recommend adjusting your booking duration before pickup if your plans change.

Extension Policy

Extend your rental by calling or WhatsApp before your return time. Extensions are at the same daily rate, subject to vehicle availability.
